This day, we have met several people we have been looking forward. Project manager, manager of analyst support, senior analyst and so on.. I can't remember every single full name honestly, but I remember every single face I have met today. It is really an honor to be here and talking with these people. I think the most important for the successes in Arbor Research is that, they have some many smart people and well construction. Managing so many people and ongoing projects as well, is not easy to do. You have to know what exactly your responsibility and where is your goal. We are good as well. We still have the advantages and it is time to change the structure. Before doing that, more thoughts will be needed.
Tomorrow will be another busy day. Then the day after tomorrow, it will be the same. I am looking forward to a holiday, but I want a holiday to sleep. However, Norman is coming or I am going to Chicago. Another busy holiday...
